Membership Coaching Agreement

Participation in group coaching is entirely voluntary. Attending live coaching sessions allows you to maximize benefits. Open and honest dialogue yields the best results. So bring your honest vulnerabilities so we can all learn from each other.

While I am a doctor, I am NOT your or your children's doctor. All content is for informational and coaching purposes only and is NOT medical advice. You will be redirected to your physician for medical advice or your therapist for counseling. 

Physicians and non-physician providers with group membership agree to participate in parenting discussions only without REQUESTING OR PROVIDING medical advice, including but not limited to advice about medication(s) and/or diagnoses of an individual.  

Generic examples from coaching calls may be used in future marketing or as examples of successful parenting approaches and/or those that may benefit from improvement. This may include video clips from group coaching sessions. 

Groups may at times be small and may result in one coachee being in attendance. While this may give the feel of individual/private coaching, these group sessions are still recorded. 

All group coaching sessions will be posted in the member-only private Facebook group. 

Member(s) Commit to:

• Openly participate by joining group coaching calls, watching replays, engaging in the private member group, and/or messaging a coach. 
• Complete the 12 video lessons on Parenting ADHD if the member Is supporting a child, student(s), or patient(s) with ADHD. 
• Refrain from requesting or providing medical advice including but not limited to the use of specific medications. 
• Report to platform administrators AND group administrators or moderators any concerning accounts that may pose a risk of safety to themselves or others

Dr. Anonymous Commits to:

• Provide weekly group coaching opportunities of at least 1 hour duration
• Provide monthly webinars and/or workshops with an educational purpose
• Provide member only access to a shared group membership page
• Accept and respond to clients with an active membership via asynchronous text, video, and/or private membership group within 24 hours
• Provide information regarding resources for medical and behavioral health care when appropriate
• Report accounts showing concern for mental health crisis to platform administrators to initiate a safety check

By purchasing a membership the participant agrees to the terms of this agreement and acknowledges receipt of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service provided on this page.
